You may not feel like it on arrival, but stopping off at Algarve Shopping in Guia, on the way from the airport, you will find Conforama very convenient to pick up towels and bedding galore. There's a couple of shops in that complex which looked very well stocked last time I was there.
Otherwise, yes, Intermarche do sell a small range of towels and linen, but every time I've been they only have 3 sets of this color or 1 set of another color - i.e. hard to furnish a villa in one go.

What about Continente in The Algarve shooping centre, it always has a good selection of reasonably priced towels and linens in a variety of colours and sizes. you could also pick up food items at the same time. Liz

Conforma is in a small retail park on the lefthand side of the N 125 coming from Faro just after Giua. It is just to the right of The Algarve Shopping Centre, and pooersite Makro. Liz
