Yeah..me too grumpy old man....
I hate those plastic thingies..
I like to see a 'proper' cruet set on the table..preferably with fresh pepper & salt grinding mills.
You find this in good French restaurants..but if the food served up is 'quality'..you shouldnt need seasoning....
Love ketchup on fish& chips from chippy!
and the fruity branston sauce on shepherds pie or beefy hotpot..does that sound strange

Hiya Ellie, Port Sauce (together with Cranberries) go well with Steak, entrecote, well with many meat sorts..........just try it!
