Cleaning Chimneys

Does anyone know about keeping chimneys clean and how often you have to do it if the property isnt rented/used alot over the winter. Also if anyone has any numbers for someone who cleans them.

hi , the chimney should be checked/ tested and possibly cleaned once a year , the same rules for any open flued appliance that burns fossil fuels , ie wood , coal , gas and oil , i can perform a flue flow test for you and clean out your chimney if required , call joe on 282182199 or mob 960311718
