Sky card... help

Post by Lesley Jean »

Hiya, can anyone help. We had to leave the sky card back in the UK for my Great Niece to watch her children's television. Is there anywhere we can buy a sky card? I seem to remember a topic about it some time ago, I have looked but can't find the one I am looking for.
We have a dish and the box and TV just no card........ I have a football mad person with me who is just about ready to strangle me for leaving it.

Haha... this one is female!!!!!

Any idea how much it possibly could be? I thought there was a thread on here once about a card you could get for 20 euros!

I think that was a card to get the extra ITV/Channel 4 channels to add to freeview - I'm not sure if it applies any more.

I don't think you can just get a card here, but if you can RJ Tecnica will be able to help

The sky card which was 20 euros will give you all the UK free to view channels, BBC, ITV, Channels 4 & 5 etc. You can buy a card for the rest of the Sky services but at a price. You will probably need the help of a company such as R J Tecnica, since they have equipment that you need to make the connection to the Sky network. Otherwise the card will not work.

 Thanks Barry, I think we have now got over it and are not so worried, (daughter that is) we have the radio via the internet and can go to a bar and watch if necessary.

Thanks again, I will remember to bring it with me in future!!
