Talking of wind, we are looking for a weathervane does anyone know where to go to buy one or have one made? I quite fancy a traditional cockerel. :)

:D Thanks Bazza have clicked on the site but can't access it, will try again later. Would be very handy as FL is just 5mins down the road from us. And you know what they say Bazza you pay peanuts, you get monkeys. Which is what I was always telling my old employer as I was swinging from the chandeliers!

Ellie that's no good, a pole without a cock, I'd have no idea which way it was pointing & I wouldn't know if I was coming or going.

I don't know where it got to, but someone was lucky and woke up to a large cock in their garden  albeit and iron one!

But they do look nice don't they? Where you thinking of putting it? (If I can be nosey)...is it for roof? Ours was on the little summerhouse/cum potting shed.
I just realised, thats a daft question

p.s can you believe,Ive come in out of the sun...a scorcher here today
