Bar For Sale anyone????

Hi,

I am looking for a bar in the Algarve within 25km of Albufeira. Price is very flexible but i would prefer freehold to lease. ( having said that I will consider leases ). Main concern is that the sale is totally genuine and not due to profit problems!!

Does anyine know of anything that is on the market or anyine that is thinking of selling??
