We have taken a taxi to and from Lagos a few times and it costs about 30ish euros. I think they have put the taxi rates up now a bit though as its holiday season. Has anyone else though this?

How far is it to Lagos from CVO Liz?
I try to work out taxi fares when I get there as I like to travel around. A few years ago a cab from CVO to Portimao harbour cost me 17 Euros but after they put meters in it was cheaper..last year it was 11 Euros?

I wanted to go see Tavira but I guess that would cost me small fortune?

Hi Ellie

It's 27 kilometres from Lagoa, going on the EN125, add another 10 kilometres if you go by the motorway. I do the journey every week when I take my boy for his swimming lesson. If you ever wanted a lift early on a Monday morning let me know.
