Try MSN Messenger Ennio!

This is going nowhere. So to get back to the point!
If anyone perhaps knows where I can ask things about the Building next to Bote please let me know.

Sorry Mike, the forum voted, and the crap is ( apparantly) allowed. We have to learn to live with it! You shouldn't try to fob it off on to another unofficial chat room - especially as its all coming from guest(s)

Ennio, no offence meant, lets stick to the point or move to a new topic and you can all play together, including the trumpet if you decided not to take the advice, Mike

Well Eva---now that youre in CVO--how are things going?Have you found out about the house next to the "Bote" yet?
What Id really like to know is--did you meet-up with --who was it? Tuca--Ennio--Blondie at Sully's Bar?--or maybe someone else even more interesting?
Come on Eva--give us the lowdown on events--just to lighten our dark gloomy nights here in UK :!:

Hello Ellie. Well I am glad to be in CVO, don't want to go back to Amsterdam :( It is very quiet over here. But still we know how to have a good time. I did went to Sully's at 9, but just because I am coming there a lot. Ofcourse I wondered If they would show up, but believ me, I would have known if they did;) because it was very quiet. So they didn't. I will get some information about the building I hope tomorrow. So I will keep you informed

The wheather is good during the day. Even went to the beach!! Oh yes that was good and warm. But in the night it is a bit chilly.

Well, I will keep in touch.

Suspected that it was as it is only you and me that keep banging on about that flat, don't suppose we can afford to go 50/50?

Hi mads, off the top of my head a few figures on the flat.
buying it plus the fees...............130,000 euro
building costs.............................40,000 euro
outfitting plus decor....................10,000 euro
180 grand for a two bed apt on the beach at cvo? When you say it fast it doesn,t sound too bad.10 years ago i,d have borrowed to the hilt over 25 yrs and gone for it ,now the banks might do it over 15yrs but they,d want our firstborn as a security.180 over 15yrs at a good rate.....about 1340 a month,670 each kinda takes it out of the realms of a hobby doesn,t it?
On the other hand rental income, less the charges could go a long way towards easing the burden, still it all comes down to how well you,d sleep at night.Ah well for all i know it could already have been sold, done up and resold for a massive profit.

I had thought about the figures which was why I was hoping we would have had more takers, share the cost, share the risk, share any profit - what you gain on the swings, you lose on the roundabouts. I am not in a position to do it on a 50/50 basis unfortunately  (A 100% or 50/50 basis would require relatives to die rather than simply a mortgage :? ).
