Golden Clube

Hi All,

My wife and I took the plunge last year and bought a T2 townhouse on the new development Goldon Clube up near the Tennis club. To say progress has been a little slow to date is probably an understatement but hey its the Algarve not England.

We haven't been out for a while (Feb this year) to see the latest progress so was wondering if anyone of you locals could give us a better update than we usually get over the phone/email from the sales office.

Any sign of an indoor or outdoor pool in top part of complex?
Does the top part (phase 1) look pretty much complete and how is Phase 2 going?
Any sign of the hotel being started?

Any info much appreciated?

Sorry it has taken so long to get back to you - I hadn't forgotten, just been busy!

The top phase isn't finished yet, and I couldn't see any sign of a pool - where is it meant to be?

Thanks for the info, very much appreciated. I picked it up a couple of weeks back but haven't got round to replying.

Thanks for the offer of photos as well, but no need at present. We have decided to pop out for a long weekend this coming weekend but it maybe helpful for another time.

I can’t say I’m surprised with the lack of progress with the development things really seem to be moving slowly!! Will be asking some questions this week.
