It must be so awful for you looking out of your office window at the sunshine, knowing that in approx an hour or so you will be shutting up shop and taking a long lingering lunch break, possibly followed by a bit of a siesta. I'm mowing the garden before starting the ironing.

So indulge us G, where are you going for lunch?, what do you fancy eating and what are your plans for the rest of the day and evening?
It will cheer all of us up in the UK, honest.

  I wish my saturday had been that peaceful, but friends arriving meant shopping, cleaning up the house, an airport run, quick italian take away and then downtown for the obligatory first night bar crawl. :P

Sunday on the other hand.... after Roy called off a flyover due to a lack of flyable four seaters we made our way up to Monchique and Foia followed by a short decent to the Jardim das Oliveiras restaurant. There we indulged in red wine, a selection of tasty entradas and some black suckling pig which was grilled to perfection. After washing that down with a bica and a medronho we slowly headed back to Carvoeiro, crawled onto a sunlounger and lounged untill sundown. 8)

On the topic of the train, it did pass us once when we were sitting in Rocha Brava.

The train was running on a few days last week - seemed to be more at weekends though.

Had a little ride in it last week, or was it the week b4. Anyway, its there, its going, its bouncy, its whacky, it goes around and around and around.
Did not run 2 the Ferragoda run on the Tues last , due 2 lack of interest and low turn out.
Did find CVO extremely quiet over the last 2 weeks. Hope it all improves 4 the businesses
