I booked my flight yesterday but changed times to get it cheaper..
From Stansted to Faro (flying on a tues afternoon) it was just over £ 42 with Easyjet...
the return flight from Faro to Stansted (on a sat.eve) was about £63 (can't remember exact price)..
so with tax altogether it was £131 return trip.
Im not sure if that helps either

Thomson fly from Coventry at that time Fridays and other days.Misty wrote:easyjet is no different to any other airline in my experience, in fact its much better than some. And the 6.10 from EMA to Faro is a great flight. Best time to fly in my opinion!
Have found BMI Baby cheap just recently. They have just started a new service from BHX to Faro in March of this year. Came back with them on 29th March (Thursday) for 120 euros inc taxes etc for 3 of us!!! Pretty good I think. It was also quite cheap in the school holidays when I checked in Feb.

a couple of years ago friends of ours hired a villa in Greece and then couldn't get cheap flights, so they booked the cheapest self catering holiday they could fine just for the flights. Don't know if it would work to Faro but it may be worth a go. Liz

Speaking of which, an old schoolfriend of mine's parents went everywhere in their motorcycle comb......travelled europe etc. On one trip it became 'unbuckled' (or wotever
luckily her mum in sidecar had a soft landing, so no harm done
