What on earth has happened to the weather over there lately. I keep an eye on the weather cam ( I must say, it did look dreadful today) and the weather stat page so that I can organise my next trip.
I think I'll probably leave it for a couple of weeks as the weather seems better here in Manchester than in CVO. Is it usually like this in April?

I know, I have also been watching the weather lately as my Niece and her husband are having the use of our house for a late honeymoon, lets hope they don't mind that it has been raining today.....

I was looking at the web cam when i came home after walking from work in the lovely warm sunshine to see rain!!!! I am sure things will improve by 20th April when we fly out - i could not stand being over in Carvoeiro and the weather being better here in South Manchester!!! that would just not do!! but that is one thing that you cannot arrange.

When we were over a couple of weeks ago our builder was forcasting a few weeks of bad weather ahead.
He refers to April as the WET month .

Hiya, good morning from a beautiful Carvoeiro
Its a lovely morning after all the heavy rain and thunder yesterday.
A few wispey white clouds around, but we are packing our towels and heading for the beach.......

Gary and I have had a lovely week out there (Easter), the odd thunder storm and one morning of rain. Although a lttle cold in the mornings still the weather was lovely, Im back here at work with a TAN! It won't be awful for long I'm sure

Had a nice day at the beach till clouds set in (around 2pm)
its starting to rain now (4pm) but hopefully it won't last long

I came back with Mossie bites in abundance, so the weather is definitely warming up....

Don't despair David,
We were out last week and the forcast gave cloud and showers for most days, in fact we only had one day of rain and the rest glorious sunshine.

It is really warm here (Carvoeiro) today, as was yesterday...looks like the weather is starting to settle

I just came back yesterday from a week in heaven and the weather for the last 5 days has been fantastic without exception. The two days before that were poor. A friend of mine is still down there and he tells me it has continued today.
