Accomodation new licence law...
Looks like the Economy and Inovation minister is coming up ( in June ) with new laws for rental licencing, as the existing one is so hard to obtain.
I am just wondering what sort of new measures is this guy coming up with.It is supposed to simplify the old one.We have to wait and see...

Well, hellllo. At last someone has realised that the 1997 law was originally aimed at hotels and rooming houses - not private villas. Hence the difficulties in applying it to the Villa business.
But I'm now waiting for the revisions to be presentedin June to include some provision for private Villas. I suspect they won't just exclude this category
