.....well it is until you get to our house

While Im here I wonder if any of you kind people can give me any advice?
We have a wonderful town house just outside Guia ( in my partners name)
We have in the last few days found out he only has a very short time left to live.................. untreatable lung cancer.

He is one of the many who was always going to sort out his Portuguese will etc etc but there was never the right moment.
He is too ill to travel so no option of getting it done now.It is in his British will though.
We will need to sell the town house ASAP.

Any advice?? Anybody been in this awful mess??

Odeceixe which is just up the coast has a cracking beach. And a really good restaurant just off the centre of the village. Well yummy.

He was fine 3 weeks ago now they only give him weeks..................its just a massive nightmare.

Please anybody out there who has not sorted out wills get it done ASAP.Give yourself one less thing to worry about if the unthinkable ever happens. We all think yes we must get it sorted next time we`re over but hey......... its all to easy to just put it to the back of our minds.
While you are at it, get your English wills up to date too....another thing we all put off till tomorrow.

Keep strong and may your God be with you to give you strength to help you both and your family thru this difficult period.
Agree with u 2 remind us all 2 get our papers all in order as things do creep up on u, like this. Wish we could help.
