Can you belive the price of those townhouses?

You can be sure that someone will,

A villa we looked at 18months ago in Mato serao, ( Sea view but still a good 3-5mins drive into town )small plot , was then on the market for 375000e and quickly sold.

It is now back on the market, the new owner having carried out a few mods for 570,000 euros, ( reduced from 600,000e ).

Not a bad profit even if he sells for less than the lower asking price .

Maybe one should visit them before making any comments?
I have visited them and they are definately something special! they are also bigger then your normal town house in Carvoeiro.
