Cleaner required for 2 bed apartment CVO

We are looking for a cleaner to take over from John and Corrina Carr who unfortunately are going abck to the UK after two years of great work and friendship.

They are passing on our details to colleagues of theirs who are willing to clean but would also like to see who's available out there and at what prices.
Becasue our apartment is only for private use, the cleaning is only needed periodically (on average 6-8 times a year), not a lot but if someone could squeeze us in during our absence that would be appreciated.
I hope someone can help out there.

She is a lovely lady and speaks fluent English!
