building in mato serrao

Does anybody have any idea what is going on in Mato Serrao area?

Can anyone give me any idea as to what type of buildings are going

up? I have been told Supermarket,Hairdresser! Anyone any idea?

I have noticed that some of the roads are being upgraded and surfaced, could have something to do with the nearby NEW Monte Santo resort , 5 start luxury etc etc, with apartments starting at over 400keuros.

Could it be this that is being talked about ?

I think there are two/three new developments in Mato Serrao one could be a Hilton appartment complex its in front of Villa Nova. One of the others is Hibiscus Gardens - two bed appartments and three/four bed villas.There is also a third development on land between Villa Nova and Solferias I do not Know what is to be built. I have been looking to buy for a while and think I have finally got somethig . Fingers crossed
