Restaurants ( again!!! )

Hi all,

I will be coming out with my wife and our friends on the 9th Feb. We are scheduled to land at 8.50pm at Faro so providing flight on time we should hit the village about 10.00pm. I have been before in Winter and only selected restaurants are open and now not only is it Winter but late on a Friday night. Would anybody know of restaurants that are not only open in Feb but serve food quite late??.

If we are late in and need a quick meal we go to O Teodosio at Guia, the choice is limited but if you like Piri-Piri you can't beat it. You also get served within 5 mins of walking through the door.

We have always gone to Casa do bife even when we have got in very late during the winter, never had a problem but if you give them a call and say you should be in by 10 ish they will hold the table for you I am sure. The phone number is:-282 356 567

If you have your own transport from the airport I would suggest stopping off at Algavre Shopping - their food hall is open late and covers a wide range of taste.

...Gary and I usually have a 'first night curry'at O'Indiano up restaurant hill.....does for us as we normally tend to get to our place around 8:30 ish by the time we plonck our luggage we don't tend to get out much before 9pm. Of course that's if you like like curry., we just love theirs.....have a good trip out.
