No Apologies

I make absolutely no apologies for bringing this topic up again but it has rankled away at me since the last exchanges and still nobody can answer the question,is The convicted paedophile still working in Carvoeiro nightspots.In a week where a monster who gang raped and killed an 8 year old boy is out walking the streets after 10 years in jail and a paedophile who in who was accused , and in my opinion systematically raped and brutalised his own daughter (who then committed suicide) but has been found not guilty (interesting how his exwife was arrested outside his home on the night of his aquittal and spent 13 hours in jail,my love and compassion goes out to that lady) I feel the need to keep speaking out.Every time I log onto this board I cant take the topics seriously due to the way this topic was shelved.It might be best if the moderators just ban me from posting,because I wont go away as long as there are posters defending the indefensible.

The trouble is my friend you are so blinded by the subject matter you are unable to see what we are defending and that is the right not to be hounded out of existence on the word of one newspaper reporter. And in a nutshell, that's all I believe we have. This guy is probably as guilty as hell and the things he has done are totally evil. A lot of posters have agreed with that. The few posters that you are now taking a pop at are the ones who are not prepared to pronounce judgement on the basis of the evidence provided. It's as simple as that.

Before you make any more comments on this forum, could I suggest that you do some more research and see if you can come up with anything pertinent that has not been written by this NOTW reporter.

I agree with laserblazer: Let's stop this discussion. The point everyone has made is clear. If we go on posting about this disgusting subject it will become a never ending story at this forum! Gambrinus; can you lock this one also at this stage of the discussion?

Sorry, not really kept up to date too much on this subject ( Cant be bothered to read through most of it to be honest as i find it quite upsetting) But the bits i have seen have upset and concerned me significantly. I really cant say i am impartial to passing judgement as i was systematically abused as a child for three years. But as far as i have seen lots of people seem to be sticking up for this man. It looks as though this man was convicted, and if so, there will be good reason for this, and a conviction would not have been made without good reason. It also appears that he has not tried to argue his own case too much or deny any wrong doing. So i am at a loss to understand why people are sticking up for this person. As i said, i am trying not to pass judgement, but I think that all abusers should be kept on a register and not allowed to move abroad, where they can easily abuse another innocent child. And that is apparently what this man did, abused innocent children.

I fully agree, but I think that there aren't many people who post on here who actually live here, so maybe views would have been different if the posters actually lived in Carvoeiro.
