Christmas & New Year
Christmas & New Year
Can anyone tell me what bars or restaurants are open over the festive period?
Are any of them planning Christmas Dinner or a New Year Party?

Hi Karen Ann
I know its a pain in the bum to trawl through all of the topics on here, but this subject has been covered several times.
There are a couple of places mentioned on the home page that are doing Christmas Dinner and I believe New Year Dinner but I should think that numbers will be limited now.

We came back from Carvoeiro at the end of November and had spoken to the owner of Bojangles bar during our stay and he said that he had 20 people booked for Christmas lunch. Why don't you try there - may still have some places available?
We are going to have Christmas lunch at our local Indian but i certainly know that we would much prefer to be somewhere in Carvoeiro.
Returning again August 2007!!
Julie.

Hi John
Thanks for the info about Bojangles. It sounds interesting as we are staying at Monte Dourado, therefore not far to stumble home afterwards.
When we were over there in May Bojangles hadn't opened, what is it like in there?
Have you eaten there, what's the food like?
What sort of music do they play, Jazz, Country, Flok, Disco, Soul, etc?
