Hi. I'm looking to book the villa Casa Do Val near Centianes from the Carvoeiro website. Does anyone know of it or the Sweedish agent, Bo-Jonny Ogert before I part with my deposit? Thanks
We stayed there in Oct 05. The location is very good especially the views from the upstairs balcony. The villa is not a modern villa and hence the standard of facilities is lower than the normal (from our experience over the last 17 years), having said that they were adequate.
The only problem we had was with the water heater, the water pressure was low due to the shortages around that time and it was difficult to get the gas water heater (located downstairs in the kitchen) to fire up when you wanted to shower or bath.
