hi, new member looking for advice & help in deciding on best local school for my 3 kids, major factor in deciding which area to relocate too.kids are 7,8, and 12 and dont have the initial funds to send them all to international school.any information or advice gladly recieved ,have been looking at property in albufeira region.

This is the Ministry of Education section for Albufeira. You can then click on individual schools for contact details or search other areas using the dropdown menu

thankyou so much for this info Al Garb,i have sent off two e-mails two two schools and hopefully this will be the start we needed,yours gratefully gaz.

Hope those emails were in Portuguese or else its not likely you'll get a reply.

Getting kids into a Portuguese school is possible, but it is hard work. You need to spend some time here to sort it out as it will be a lot of paperwork and legwork.
