12 Months Villa Rental

We are looking for a comfortable 3 bedroom plus villa with private pool to rent for 12 months from April 07. We intend to work from the Algarve returning to England every 2-3 weeks for a few days. We need a broadband connection and intend to buy if it proves possible to effectively commute on this basis. Any help or pointers where to look for this type of long term rental would be very welcome as we have drawn a blank so far
