Shop on VDM

Are the rumours true??
Are we going to get a shop on Vale Do Milho?(near the golf clube,I´ve been told by the kids)

It would be very handy for us full time residents.

I think there's going to be a mini market where the new villas are going up next to the Val de Milho clubhouse - think I saw it on the plans.

Mind you it's not far to the one at Rocha Brave which is pretty well stocked IMHO
