Health food shop

Does anyone know of a good health food shop with an extensive range? I've been to the one in Lagos which is ok but not brilliant.
I'm also after spelt flour/bread any ideas where I can get it?

Can't help with the healthfood shop blue, but excuse my ignorance, what is spelt flour/bread ?

It's an ancient type of wheat, people who can't tolerate normal/modern wheat are able to tolerate spelt wheat apparently.

Thank you for that, both sites very interesting, especially the gluten free one but I don't think they deliver to Portugal, I will contact them to find out.

LJ that's really kind of you but I'm going back to the UK in November to see the kids, Christmas shopping etc. I know there is a very good health food shop in Guildford that stocks it so I can get some then.

Food Fayre in Messines carry a range of gluten free products, including spelt flour. You can phone ahead to make sure they have what you need in stock or for directions. Tel: 282 332 692 They also take orders if there is anything special you need.
