Aparently there is a magazine called Welcome in the Algarve. Has anyone ever seen it and if so do you know if there is an online copy?

Its printed by Vista Iberica in Lagoa - they have a website which is vistaiberica.com. it said about the magazine: A handy-size magazine packed with information for tourists
