Can someone advise me as regards consumer law in Portugal:
Bought a juicer from Intermache back in May, used it twice then it packed up for whatever reason. Gary took it back to Intermache they told him they would send back to Manufacturer to be repaired and it would take up to 4 weeks(hmm ). Gary went back in July, was told it still wasn't available for collection. We are out in 3 weeks if they still haven't got it back from manufacturer am I entitled to my money back. personally I would have requested that in the begining.....
So before I go up creating a stink need to know my rights first.
