seems that nestles whose family had a carvoiero villa at one time just next to the petrol station..they had a map of all the nestle factorys so they could eat their breakfast and keep their eye on things.
anyway seems that nestle have been fined for stopping competition ..read the report...cafe com problemo ?

LISBON - Portugal's antitrust regulator AdC said it has fined the Portuguese arm of Nestle AG 1 mln eur because its exclusivity contracts with restaurants and hotels for the supply of coffee stifled competition.
'The establishment of open-ended exclusivity contracts between Nestle and hotels, restaurants and cafes has been a barrier to greater competition,' the Competition Authority said in a statement
