 Nothing like being well informed and prepared!

The weather can be very changeable at that time of the year, you could get a lovely sunny day or a wet and rainy one. The evenings will be quite chilly so take something warm.

Nights will be cold and if you are staying in a villa without adequate heating or that has not been rented recently this could be a problem. Bring water bottles and slippers .... and no this is not a joke.

Days can be warm and sunny but if your visit happens to coincide with a front it may be wet and windy. Fleece and cagoule weather.

Walking on the beach rather than lying on it.

Completely agree with Bill on this one! Slippers an absolute must and hot water bottles a god send to take the chill off the bed before crawling in!

Alternatively, when it comes to bed time take a long time going around checking the doors and windows are securely locked and bolted (about 15 minutes should be enough). Then, when you eventually get to bed - if you're lucky - you'll find a nice warm spouse or partner has warmed the bed up for you! :P

In our house said nice warm spouse isn't so nice when cold handed partner tries warming them up.
