Prevent leaking flat roof

Our flat roof has Santa Catarina tiles. Is there a special paint or treatment that I can use, to prevent leaking?

flat roof ...either have to strip all off and put new underlay or you can spray with clear liquid silicone. ..cin paints do a french product callled dip or could try brand silka...go to cin paint shop in lagoa opp fatacil for advice

sad to say that most houses leak here

One thing I forgot to mention: it's not leaking yet. Tiles were replaced a few years ago (before we bought it). But I think it's a matter of time, so that's why I asked for a preventive solution.
