Silves to Carvoeiro

Yes, I know how to get from one to the other, but I have some Norweigian
guest coming to our apartment and need to send them detailed directions with motorway instructions. Can anyone help (course you can)
Preferably from Silves to Vila Nova, QDP or Monte Carvoeiro
