New Modelo's LAGOA?

Sometime ago, there was a mentioned about 3 new large stores somewhere I think on an industrial site in or around Lagoa, does anyone have any further information about this? N.R.

Lagoa is getting an Ecomaché where the old fire station used to be, on the road to Slide and splash there is going to be a Modelo/Modalfa/worten where the Cipol petrol station is and Parchal is getting a Leclerc in front of Lidl, just before Alcantarilha on the right there is an Aldi almost finished
