Say that we are forgetting that this was a young, trendy bar for our young adults to go and enjoy themselves what really is wrong with that??

The main objections to this bar (in its former life) was not the bar itself, nor indeed its clientele . . . it was the language on its forum.

I can eff and blind with the best of 'em if I want; and I sometimes do; but, I do not do it on this or any other forum. The 'F' word and 'C' word do not have a place on this forum; and for that reason I was against their (Rascal's 'guests') postings and topics.

I have nothing at all against younger people enjoying themselves - you only get one stab at life and they should grasp it with both hands and wring all they can out of it.

I might be 57 years old but I guarantee you, nobody would describe me as an old fogey!

ps Did someone say that the CVO get togethers could be at Rascals in the furture.....well I have a friend who has her studio here in the Algarve, would you like a self-portrait done and then Rascals/CVO members can use it has a dart board:lol:
