Long term rental required

Couple looking for a small cottage type property. Prefareably Silves/Monchique area. Would consider anywhere within 20 mins of Portimao.
Also, I am a builder. So if you need work doing on your property and are short of funds then this could be ideal!

A good medium for rentals is to get a copy of the "Gazeta de Lagoa" or "Voz do Silves". These are local papers with classifieds on inside back page. You may need Portuguese language to make contact though as mostly Portuguese and thus cheaper rentals. Editorial office is in Lagoa near the old Post Office.
