indoor pools

Post by thefellon »

we are over in February, staying at rocha brava, CVO.

Was wondering is there any local indoor pool/spa's that we could us (dont mind paying) as I fancy a swim, but suspect the outdoor pool/sea will be a bit cold this time of year?

Thanks
Paul

Lagoa and Silves both have municipal indoor swimming pools.

The Tivoli Almansor Hotel in CVO has an indoor pool & a non-residents members club, though whether they allow temporary members I don't know.

Colina Village has in indoor pool that you can use for a daily fee - not sure how much it is.

You can use the Tivoli indoor pool for a small charge, but I think you have to have a Doctors certificate ,showing clean bill of health to use the municiple pools, this would probabley take most of your holiday to get!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thought you had been a bit quiet HP. You may need to drop Steen an E-mail. :?

I wasn't asked for a Dr's certificate last time I was at Silves but nothing surprises me any more. I know to use the gym you do. I will double check. Aaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrggggggggghhhhhhhhh..I despair...you will need a certificate and/or licence to leave your front door soon.

By the way, how big are those "private" pools? Are they less than 25m? You get giddy otherwise keep turning. :?

Things are changing. You no longer need a licence to own a cigarette lighter
