I expect it will be an advert supported site. Might well interest removal people, builders, decorators and the like. If they punt it round well enough so that it gets pretty high on Google, it may well do well.

Explanation: If you have to delete your entry as soon as you "see" it, how can you every sell it ?

Anyway, I found it in my junk mail folder, and have duly deleted it. I really don't think you are missing anything.
