If you wish to have a basic one Mestre Maco Lagoa or Guia.

For more up market opposite Modelo Supermarket in Silves, behind the Sports Gym, is a fireplace company.

Many thanks Nightrider I'll pay a visit to Silves. OK for logs at the moment but an alternative source of supply is always welcome so yes please post the number.

Just noticed the posting....130 euros per ton is expensive!!!...we have just paid 90 euros and the wood is excellent!

You are quite correct 90Euros is extremely good.
I reside near Silves and most around this neck of the wood pay around 130Euros. I believe that your area is in the West of the Algarve, does your supplier come from your area?
