new sheraton in sesmarias area

Has anyone heard anything about a new sheraton going up in sesmarias to cope with the demand for beds in the area?

Don,t know if this has anything to do with it , but when looking for a builder last year one company we contacted told us that they were fully committed to a new PREMIER quality hotel ( and say it quietly golf course )
on a cliff top location in the area ???

The developers at Vale D'oliveras, which is close to the Gramacho golf course, told me that a hotel and golf course was planned for all the land between Sesmarias and Vale D'oliveras. The hotel would be built on the dirt track which connects the Ferragudo road to the road which runs past both Gramacho and Pinta golf courses.
Don't know if this is true, but it ties in with what you have heard.
