having read bruxys grand day out in faro,...it seems that we should do what alf garnets said once when he and his mrs were waiting in the hospital waiting room..he said that if doctors had a fiver knocked off their wages everytime you were ill..you would soon see a transformation in the health service..the doctors would be visiting you..how are you..can I get you any medicine???

so the thing to do is next time you are delayed at the local wallpaper shop (any portuguese govenment office)..take along your invoice book and issue a conta for your wasted time.....

yes I wonder what would happen...it would be an interesting experience to see their reaction.

well its been done in the uk...one man who was charged by his bank incorrectly sent them a bill for his time and energy in solving their error.

as we are in a single european market ..whats good for the goose is good for the gander
