I have been trying to contact cycopnet.pt regarding setting up a broadband account. Unfortunately the telephone No. on their website cannot be accessed from England.
Does anyone know of a different phone No?

Do you meen www.cyclopnet.pt ?
The number at there site is a toll-free number, which is not usable outside Portugal.

On their site I found a fax number: 261317828. Maybe you can send them a fax with your questions and ask them for a "normal" phone number and their address.
