How can I find a local maid to service our apartment?

Can anyone help? We need to find a maid to look after our apartment in CVO town. We need a saint - someone flexible, very reliable and honest, who can speak english (we have no portuguese) for about 3 hours per week - haven't a clue where to start looking. ANyone know any saints?
Any advice would be very much appreciated.
