can anyone tell me what is happening on the goflemar development near rocha brava? we can't get any reply on various previously used e mail addresses and were meant to be buying one of the last stage villas on an area known as 'the triangle'. has everything ground to a halt, did the restaraunt and shop get let? we are over every year and it's the .nearest we can get to rocha brava where it seems impossible to buy outright. would be very grateful of some info, thanks.

I was out there two weeks ago and the builders were very much on site. I believe that the 'to let' signs in respect of the 'commercial centre'were still up. Sorry can't help with telephone nos.

The shops and the restaurant have not been let out as they are very expensive, the squash courts that we were promissed are not going to be built, 2 tennis courts have now turned into 1 court, no gym or inside pool, it seems PGM and mr hill have pulled pulled out of the whole thing plus we still have no electric meter of our own after 1 nearly 2 years, its a nightmar when there is to many people on the complex the power keeps going on and off and we have to wait for someone to go upto to the main box on the other side of the complex to turn it back on.
Its seems that there are a couple of places on the real estate page on rocha brava for sale.

thank you very much tom and bulu for your swift replies, we have had months of hanging in limbo and now finally know that we seem to have had a lucky escape and can stop hoping. however if anyone knows of a single storey2 bed (min ), 2 bath villa with roof terrace, for sale outright on rb at any time we would be very grateful, we know it well and are all ready to go! julia ( no relation ) gibson.
