Last minute holiday - coming tomorrow (Saturday!)

Hello / Olá

I have just booked a last minute deal from England to Carvoerio, my girlfriend and I need a break as we've been having a bit of a crap time lately and need to get away. Been to Olhos D'Auga a couple of times before, and have decided to move down the coast a bit. We're looking forward to going as Carvoerio sounds nice, and you lot sound like a bunch of good people
We're coming from Gatwick early tomorrow morning, so I hope all will be well.

Has anyone got any general tips? I have had a look at the forum all week and have printed the Carvoerio walking maps, read up on some nice restaurants - namely l'Orange (I am a bit French too:)) - I just want this week to be relaxed and go well! I am aware of the Bank Holiday on Wednesday and that the weather is nice and hot - it's pouring hard in the UK - just what you guys want there! Ha ha.

So any last minute idea's? Thank you for your time - looking forward to being there in 30 or so hours time!

Hi scruffty

Presumably you will be hiring a car, then you will be able to visit some of the fantastic beaches that you can see on the main home page.
Pick up a copy of the free map when you get there, which will give you directions to everywhere. The weather looks as if it will be great this coming week, hope so, we are out next weekend.

thanks for the replies! Unfortuantly, I won't be hiring a car! I think we'll just be happy with a pool, the beach and a bar! We're just going to chill...
