Vela restaurant

Post by john Cat »

If you are spending your holidays in Carvoeiro Town (Algarve) and if you want to have a very good meal, please go to VELA RESTAURANT.
You can choose not only portuguese but also mexican food.
The restaurant is very very agreable and so the stuff.
All dishes are fantastic.

Is it my suspicious mind or does John Cat's command of English sound very much like that of Celine's on 12th July ? :o

I am afraid my experience was that of the other genuine comments - a long wait and nothing special.

Yes seems like it. Perhaps it should be FELINE rather than celine, to go with John Cat.

We visited Vela restaurant back in May and had a lovely meal and the service was very nice.
We even tried to find out if they were open for christmas dinner but was unable to get any reply from my emails. Has anybody got any information regarding this?

I know of at least 2 restaurant owners in CVO who regularly scan this board, (no names no pack drill), and at least one of whom has admitted to me that he has written himself a favourable revue!
So if you see a good revue, with questionable syntax....you are probably right!
