O Cais in Silves & El Rustica in Ferragudo

This was first posted on the Food forum but got no replies so I'm having another go on the General forum.

Has anybody been to either O Cais in Silves or El Rustica on the road between CVO & Ferrogudo?

I think O Cais is only open in the evening.

El Rustica is set back from the road so you can easily miss it. It doesn't display a menu outside but looks quite pleasant. However, as we all know looks are not everything. I think it only opened last year and it looks as though they are currently extending it.

Any idea what both of them are like or prices - especially for El Rustica?

We went to O Cais back in May and had a lovely meal although the prices were slightly dearer than you come to expect to pay for a decent meal in Portugal. The owners were very pleasant and spoke to all their customers in a friendly way. Would go back again.
