well Boab /Rob..you confused me a little there as well

as I immediately thought of a tree!

optimistic ?
It does not seem too bad for job opportunities as we thought.
Friends already in residence have already suggested opportunities in property management etc.
But as I have had a lifetime in sales ( with some degree of success )I beleive that there are real opportunities for a " professional " approach.
You need only to have experienced the somtimes less than enthusiastic efforts to sell property to those who clearly want to buy from those already in the algarve,
We don,t work weekends !! ( when else do they think we have time to fly over and look at property ).
Failure to keep appointments ( tennis more important ) or even not turning up at all.
It does seem to us that if you are prepared to work and not succumb to the " ex pat lethargy " all to frequently experienced that you will achieve success butas we have been often told be realistic about your earnings expectations.
