You obviously do not know what is up the road from Carvoeiro, in Lagoa.
airport transfers from CV to airport €45.

Mate if you need to get to the airport just get the airport bus booked in tourist office its only 12 euros, when i got it i was only customer.

How do you book that bus? I'm travelling this Sunday (17th July). I'll be on my own so I need to find the best way to get from Faro to Carvoeiro...and possibly the cheapest too!

Can anyone help?

The cheapest way is to take a bus into Faro, get the bus there to Lagoa, and get the bus from Lagoa to CVO. Just a few Euros, but a bit of a run around, and takes more time.
