Market Research: office space
Any constructive input would be appreciated:
Me and her indoors are considering buying and refurbishing two offices in CVO centre. Just wondering if there would be any demand and what we might expect as a rental income? size: Approx. 25 meters square each, with shared entrance and W.C.
Thanks, HP.

I am not sure office space is in high demand at the moment, HP.
There are a lot of new office areas available along the outbound and inbound roads, but they all seem to be having a hard time finding buyers. If the location is very central, you will obvioulsy have a better shot at finding somebody to rent it from you.

I'd go for the one bed flat option. There seem to have been quite a few enquiries on this site trying to get that kind of place for youngsters wanting somewhere to stay when working in Cvo. Would be ideal for young singles, couples or golfers who don't mind the noise - they're usually the ones out all night making it?
