Restaurant

Post by Debinputney »

Hi All
Me and the old man will be in Carvoeiro for the first time on 19th June for One week and we will be celebrating our 22nd Wedding anniversary whilst we are there, can anyone suggest a restaurant that we could go to to celebrate (or comiserate) it.

Cheers

Hi Deb
For me it has to be L'Orange, its 5 mins out of town, or a 4 euro taxi ride.
You will have to book however. I'm sure somebody on here will help you with the telephone number.

Have a great time

I agree with Tricky's choice. Of course the cost of taxi/distance to walk depends a lot on where you're staying

Phone 282-357.297.

Oh, and note, they do not take credit cards.

You need not go out of town at all! Go no further than O'Patio down at the cvo beach. Great service, great ambience, lovely people and great food. Some on this site say it is expensive but they way I see it is - a hell of a lot cheaper than the U.K.

Hi Debs,
OUR special restaurant has to be Elle&Ella. Is on main road out of CVO, 300M from square.
L'Orange is overated, and too expensive for what it is.

So where did you end up? Would be interested to hear as we have just returned from a week in Carvoeiro and are hoping to return later in the year. One of the recommendations to you (Elle & Ella) was our favourite but didn't get round to L'Orange after a lot of people put us off whilst we were out there.

Hope you had fun!
