Picture framing

Hi, I know this came up some time ago, also I have a vague feeling that the people moved from the shopping centre in cvo, so can anyone tell me where I will find a good picture framer? Have two oil paintings that need to be framed.

they are still there with all the samples of frames, gass, etc, but do the actual framing in Lagoa
